David W. Nelmark

David Nelmark is a shareholder in the firm's litigation group practicing primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and appeals.

Mr. Nelmark served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Melloy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in 2005-2006.

Mr. Nelmark received dual bachelor's degrees (from the School of Journalism and the School of Liberal Arts) from Drake University in 1999, where he graduated first in his class. He completed his legal degree at Stanford Law School in 2005, after serving as the Associate Managing Editor for the Stanford Law Review (2004-2005).
